Agent Training Program

UTA’s Agent Training Program is the industry’s best known and most desirable due to our upfront investment in our new hires. We look for curious, innovative and hard-working candidates with impeccable interpersonal and communication skills to join the legacy of successful participants who created a meaningful foundation for their career in the UTA Training Program.

We hire qualified applicants on a rolling basis. Before you reach out to our recruitment team, please take a look at what we’ve outlined below.

As a trainee, you’ll be involved in most areas of agency business and can expect to have hands-on training in everything needed to succeed. UTA is a place where you can do well through hard work and determination. In return, there are opportunities for advancement.

All trainees begins in the UTA Mailroom. This is where you learn the fundamentals of agency business and build relationships that will last you a lifetime. There will be curated training sessions via our best in class curriculum in UTA University. These classes will equip you with the necessary skills needed to thrive in an agency. Then based on business needs and your career interests, you will have the opportunity to work for agents and executives of all levels across all departments.

UTA's level of client representation is an art. Basic skills are taught in the classes, but the real learning happens when you are behind a desk supporting a book of business. The job of an agent’s assistant will teach you our work ethic, and how to prioritize in the most nuanced situations. You will be challenged to handle stress, have a point of view, and work within a competitive yet collegial culture.
