UTA Summer Internship Program
The internship program at UTA offers a select group of undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to work at one of the world’s leading entertainment talent and literary agencies.
While interns are placed year-around at UTA, joining the 8-week summer program is a truly exceptional experience. Interns are exposed to a wide variety of business practices in the field of entertainment and also receive formal instruction on the fundamentals of the talent agency business.
Students who are actively enrolled in a four-year undergraduate bachelor degree program or graduate degree program (M.A., J.D., M.B.A., etc.) at an accredited college or university are eligible to apply to the program. Students must have completed at least their sophomore year course work and have a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0. There is no restriction on what declared major, degree program, or course of study applicants must pursue.
Interns work in the UTA mailroom and participate in UTA University programming, the in-house education program that is also attended by trainees in the UTA Agent Training Program.
All Internship applications must include: a cover letter requesting consideration for the program which describes their career interests in the entertainment industry and/or the talent and literary representation business; a resume with all relevant education, work experience, special skills and interests; letters of recommendation are also welcome.
Applicants will be informed of their application status no later than April 1.
