Gay Gaddis

Founder and CEO of T3 Advertising Agency & Acclaimed Artist

Gay Gaddis gives speeches that break down the exhilarating challenges of starting a business, champion innovative management, and motivate women to aspire to and achieve ultimate career and personal success. Gay is Founder and CEO of T3, one of the largest woman-owned advertising agencies in the country with offices nationwide and a growing roster of Fortune 200 clients. Her approach to business was shaped by her small-town Texas roots.

With a mix of sharp insight, humor and empathy, Gay draws on her own background to talk about the challenges of leadership, growing a business, adapting to change, and discovering unexpected sources of power for women to manage, build teams and thrive. For Gay, power comes from truly understanding who you are and building on your inherent strengths. By being authentic you become more powerful from the trust that people bestow upon you.

In her new book, Cowgirl Power, Gay asks women to step up and take more responsibility for their own success. Throughout the book, she celebrates cowgirl superstars of the 1920s and ‘30s who often competed against men. Gay’s cowgirls are a metaphor for how we can all do more than we think. Her message is optimistic and inspirational.
