Ukonwa Ojo is a passionate marketer and business leader with over 21 years of experience. She is the former Chief Marketing Officer for Consumer Beauty at Coty Inc., where she managed over $2 Billion in sales for a portfolio including iconic brands like COVERGIRL, Rimmel, Sally Hansen, Vera Wang, Adidas, and Clairol.

Prior to joining Coty, she oversaw marketing initiatives that resulted in sales and market share growth for many well-known brands including Durex, French’s, Cheerios, Knorr, Betty Crocker, and Cascadian Farm Organic.

Her work has been recognized with over 50 honors and awards including Business Insider’s Most Innovative CMOs in the world, Ad Age and Adweek 50, WWD Brand Builder of the Year, World Federation of Advertisers’ Global Marketer of the Year list, Ebony’s Power 100,  Financial Times Empower 100, and Black Enterprise’s list of the Top Women Changing the World

Ukonwa holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.
